Charles and Sue's School of Hair Design understands that there are times when a student must discontinue their education prior to completing the program. While these situations are unfortunate, it is important to understand both the process and the financial implications.
OFFICIAL WITHDRAWAL PROCESS:
The School Catalog details the process to follow to process an Official Withdrawal. It is always best to follow the official process and take advantage of the opportunity to speak with a staff member about the termination of your studies. There may be options that will be very valuable to you in the future, whether or not you plan to return to Charles and Sue's.
TUITION REFUND POLICY:
Upon withdrawal from Charles and Sue's School of Hair Design, a student may be eligible for a refund of tuition paid/accrued based upon a schedule published in the School Catalog. The tuition refund schedule is calculated according to the official date of withdrawal from the School.
STUDENT FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Students are financially responsible for all tuition and fees charged by the School. Students who withdraw from the School or whose enrollment is terminated by School may be entitled to a refund of tuition paid in advance, or may owe funds to the School to cover unpaid tuition.
Further, upon withdrawal or termination the student and/or the School may owe a refund of unearned federal financial aid to the Federal Student Aid Programs. The School reserves the right to pursue collection from the student of any funds that remain due on the student’s account, including any amount that the School was required to return to the Federal Student Aid Program as a result of the student’s discontinuance.
CONFUSED?
Don't just walk away from the School without taking the opportunity to talk with someone on the staff. We may be able to provide options to help you continue your education, and information to reduce potential financial complications.
